  "The Rules"

1. You must show this button somewhere on your site where your visitors can click through to vote for your site before you nominate your site, so that I can see where you'll have it:

2. Your site has to be about Harry Potter.

3. It can be a free site.

4. Your site has to consist at a minimum of 5 pages. Message Boards alone without an actual web site with it are not valid nominees.

5. You can only be nominated in 5 categories, so choose wisely.

6. If you were nominated last time, but didn't win, you can nominate your site again. However, you'll have to wait a year for the category you did win before to try again. You can try nominating your site for the categories you didn't get, but only if your site fits in that category.

7. Thank you for actually taking the time to read the rules. When you nominate your site, when asked if you like the black forest, please reply "I flew on my Firebolt to get here!" Don't ask, it's the first thing that popped in my head. ;)
